I'm Deb, Debora Russi, a Personal Chef, who I hope will soon become yours. Based in San Vito dei Normanni, I'm available to cook anything you desire at your villa. Call me and I'll organize everything.

My passion for cooking stems from both a deep respect for genuine and authentic traditional ingredients and the search for new combinations that will amaze your palate and delight your guests.

The dishes I create satisfy every taste, from succulent meats and mouthwatering local fish to garden vegetables so fresh you can still see them growing, not to mention fresh pasta with a variety of exquisite sauces. I'm an expert in gluten-free and lactose-free cuisine.
